James Hogarth joined Yamaichi International (Europe) Limited as a graduate from Exeter University and became the bank’s youngest Executive Director and first non-Japanese Head of Capital Markets. He had overall responsibility for structured finance placement into Japan and new issue origination in Europe and North America.
He resigned at the beginning of 1995 to form, with two other partners, Hogarth Davies Lloyd where he now has global responsibility for all FICC assignments.
The London Professional Recruitment Guide named James Hogarth as one of the “leading individuals” within the Banking and Financial Services industry in London; “a highly respected name in the financial recruitment arena and has helped the consultancy to rapidly rise through the ranks to become one of the top practices in London”.
