George Paddison graduated from Cardiff University with a degree in Business Administration in 2000. He worked for a large recruitment consultancy for 3 years in the banking sector before initially joining Hogarth Davies Lloyd in late 2004 as a researcher. Since that time, he has worked across the full range of products within Fixed Income.
